OPUS Collections Inc was founded by Mr. Nitin Singla, CEO in the year 2011 in The City Beautiful Chandigarh as a window covering retail and interior fabrication company, dedicated to the assembly and sale of vertical blinds to the public. From its humble beginning, the furnishing and interior decorative process began. Having more than 10 years of experience in the industry, the company initiated the distribution of parts and components for vertical blinds manufacturing to other regional fabricators, in addition to expanding its own fabrication division.
In 2011, we became the 1st company in North India to be associated with Hunter Douglas (Sunflex®) who is renowned and world leader in window decorations.
By 2013, the success and growth of both the retail and distribution segments of the business necessitated the move to a larger space of 6,000 sq.ft manufacturing facility in the centrally located Industrial Area, Chandigarh.
In 2013, as both the fabrication of vertical blinds for retail customers and the distribution and re-sale of associated components increased, OPUS Collections launched its own brand, the name and style "WINTREE™" and a first sample book which included a variety of fabrics of window blinds designs. This sample book was a very successful tool that led to an exponential increase in sales in both manufactured window blind products and in the distribution/re-sale of associated materials, parts and accessories.
Then we become ISO 9001:2015 certified company in 2012. We have also registered with MSME in 2012.
In 2015, we focused to expand the business through Dealer Network – Dealer & Dealer Plus and Channel Partner Program – (CPP) and we are still on the expansion mode. By 2018, we want to become one of the number ones in India.
OPUS Collections prides itself in being a major manufacturer in both residential and commercial window coverings for more than a decade, and as such we remain dedicated to the continual improvements, design, and implementation of our current line of long-established window treatment specialty products. As we are growing steadily, our R & D, engineering, and design staff are excited to be in the process of offering an expanded line of innovative, complementary merchandise for our valued interior design customers.
